Training And Development

All Training Programs are conducted under BharatiyaVidya Mandir, an institution of publication and research.
The Training Programme has been designed into two parts.

A. INTERNAL

B. EXTERNAL

INTERNAL Training program is arranged for development of the employees of various companies / institutions as well as compliances of the ISO as per the system designed by the management.

Trainings provided in – Safety, Materials Management, Optional Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS), Various Construction Plant & Machinery and Vehicles, Quantity Survey, Machine Design, Contract Management, Contract Laws, Arbitration and Other Legal Matters, Quality Management System (QMS), Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Insurance Policy Coverage and claim, Basic of Construction Management etc.

EXTERNAL : SDP & GET

SDP = Supervisors Development Programme

GET = Graduate Engineers Trainee

Training Programs are structured and designed in the following three Categories :

1. Engineers / Managers

To train them for applied technologies, team building, social and other responsibilities. Includes practical and on-field demonstration and application are given.

2. Supervisor /Foreman Training

Includes class room and practical training on latest technology information sharing and handling of labours as well as clients are given.

3. Workers & Technician Training

Workers under concerned Contractors are also provided with the training under different trades such as Masonry, Carpentry, Bar-bending, Welding, Plumbing, Electrician etc.

All Trainings are provided by the Experts with vast Industry experience.
